CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel, please give us a 24 hour notice. This allows other clients to have the option to book an appointment during the time slot that is being cancelled.

A $25 rebooking fee will be applied if not cancelled within 24 hours. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work with you, however, if multiple cancellations are made, a non refundable 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.

RETAIL & SERVICE RE-DO

Service Adjustment Policy:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your service or within 7 days of receiving your service. We are committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. We will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
There are no refunds for services rendered. If you change your mind about the color, adjustments will be made and treated as a new service. It may take several sessions to achieve brighter blondes in order to keep the integrity of the hair in a healthy state.

Retail Return Policy:
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days of your initial purchase. Retail refunds are not available. We will exchange your purchased product for another, and your stylist can help make recommendations for products that may better suit your needs and goals.
Child Safety Policy:
We welcome children under the age of 16 in the salon only if they are receiving a service themselves. Children may not accompany a parent to any appointment unless they too are booked for a service of the same length at the same time with another stylist in the salon. Salons can be dangerous for children who can fall, cut themselves, or be exposed to potentially harmful chemicals. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxing experience for all guests, and children can cause a distraction for both the stylists and the other guests in the salon. We love seeing photos of and hearing stories about your children; however, for their safety and that of all others in the salon, we do ask that you make child care arrangements during your appointments.
