Shelby has been a colorist for over a decade! Since she was a child, she knew that creating beautiful hair was what she wanted to spend the rest of her life doing. Growing up, she watched her great grandmother cut and style hair in a small one-chair studio in her home. Often times, Shelby and her sister would play beauty shop in her space.

A love for hair and talking to people has always come naturally for her. She loves creating beautiful colors and styles, but hearing people's stories is one of the best things about her career! Becoming a colorist is also something that came naturally to her over the years. Her clients and herself often joke that she could formulate in her sleep! Confession... she loves education and learning the newest techniques and trends in hair.

If you don't find her somewhere in a corner researching new trends or techniques, you can find her soaking up the sunshine with her family, or spending Sunday afternoon at brunch with friends.
